Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Place diced rhubarb in greased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Sprinkle with sugar.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour over rhubarb.
Sprinkle with dry Jell-O.
Pour boiling water over Jell-O.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
