Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced before cooking
    1 tsp. sage
    12 slices cheese
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain well.
    Let cool.
    Saute chopped onion in oleo.
    Add soup, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Start with a layer of potatoes then mushroom mix.
    Add cheese slices; repeat in layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
