Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    minced onion to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    1 can \"Country Bob's\" Sloppy Joe mix
    4 green peppers
Preparation
    Mix all together, except peppers. Halve peppers and clean. Put meat mixture in each half and put in baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (covered) and 10 minutes (uncovered).
