Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rinsed chicken livers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    2 oz. cream cheese
    bacon strips, uncooked
Preparation
    Saute first 7 ingredients.
    Add 1 can chicken broth.
    Simmer until done.
    In food processor, blend chicken mixture with mayo and cream cheese.
    Line glass pan or baking dish with bacon strips.
    Add chicken mixture and fold over bacon strips to cover. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with garlic bread.
