Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs
2 c. fresh cranberries, cut in half
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flours, baking powder and salt and set aside.
In mixer bowl, combine sugars, oil and eggs.
Beat.
Mix in rind and juice. Stir in flour mixture.
Do not beat.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Freezes well.
