Walnut Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped dates
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar in bowl.
    Add oil, water and pumpkin; mix well.
    Mix in flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in dates and walnuts.
    Spoon into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Yield:
    30 servings.
