Corn Chip Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. + ground beef, browned and drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped and browned
    1 (30 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
    grated cheese
    sour cream
    chopped green onions
    3 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can chili beans or canned chili with beans
    garlic salt
    2 diced avocados
    corn chips
Preparation
    In a large pan, cook ground beef until browned; season with garlic salt.
    Add onion and cook until limp or browned.
    Add water, undrained beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
    Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes.
    Just before serving, add diced avocado.
    Pass grated cheese, sour cream and corn chips for topping on each serving.
    Serves 10.
