Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. Basic Baking Mix
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stir together egg whites, corn syrup, water and vanilla.
    Stir in Baking Mix; blend well.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Spread sugar on small flat plate.
    Roll balls in sugar to coat.
    Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet coated with nonstick spray.
    Press balls flat with bottom of cup.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven but allow cookies to stay on pan for about 5 minutes.
