Chicken Francese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breasts
3 eggs
salt and pepper
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. oil
7 Tbsp. butter
8 lemon slices
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Pound chicken 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge eggs in flour mixed with salt and pepper, then dip in beaten eggs.
Heat oil and butter in skillet.
Cook each piece of chicken until golden on each side.
