Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or equivalent pieces
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    15 Ritz crackers
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Debone and cut in bite size pieces.
    Mix
    soup,
    sour
    cream, poppy seed, salt and pepper. Pour
    over
    chicken
    in casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with
    melted
    butter.
    Place
    on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
