Chocolate Oil Cake . . . Dark And Moist! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cocoa
    1 c. canola oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients at once with electric mixer (do not add eggs until last!).
    Bake in large 13 x 9-inch pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    If using a metal pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    If using a glass pan, bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Also makes 30 cupcakes.
    Dust with powdered sugar just before serving or top with Cool Whip topping or a frosting of your choice.
