Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder or seasoned salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except for the nuts) in a bowl and let chill for 30 minutes. Form into 2 balls and roll in the chopped nuts. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
