Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    3/4 c. chocolate syrup
    Cool Whip
    1/2 c. Heath bar
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes.
    Take 3/4 of mixture and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
