Turkey-Vegetable Medley(Low Cholesterol - Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 can cooked Great Northern beans
1 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 can small peas
1 pkg. Knorr dried vegetable soup
Preparation

In a large pan sprayed with Pam, cook the turkey until broken apart and browned.
Add all other ingredients, including some fluid from the canned vegetables to make a sauce.
Cover and simmer just 10 minutes.
