Lollipops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. water
    few drops extract
    few drops food coloring
Preparation
    Boil sugar, corn syrup and water until a little dropped in cold water becomes brittle.
    Add coloring and flavoring and stir. Pour big drops of candy onto an oiled surface and insert sticks or use oiled metal candy molds and insert the sticks.
