Perfection Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Makes one double crust or two singles.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry cutter until mixture is in crumbs the size of peas.
    Blend together egg, vinegar and water.
    With a fork, lightly blend liquids into flour mixture to form a soft dough.
    Fit into pans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
