Ruby'S Lemon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, unbeaten
    1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Mix with food in whisk.
    (Do not use electric mixer.)
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
