Broiled Dijon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and pepper
    4 skinned chicken breast halves, boned
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Line a broiler pan rack with foil for easy cleanup.
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Place chicken, smooth side down, on lined rack.
    Brush with half of mayonnaise mixture.
    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source for 6 minutes. Turn breasts over and brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Broil 6 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
