Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon (optional)
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or butternut flavoring
Preparation
    Butter around little cups or put in pie crust.
    Scald milk (do not boil).
    Add to eggs.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Shake to see if it is firm enough.
    If longer cooking is needed reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
