Chicken With Sherry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. Lawry's Italian spaghetti sauce mix
    6 oz. can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and chicken pieces in margarine until golden brown. Arrange
    in large baking dish. Blend mushrooms, tomato sauce, sauce mix and sherry. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in preheated 375\u00b0 oven. Before serving, garnish with pepper strips. Serves 6 to 8.
