1 can peeled whole undrained tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
1 (14 oz.) can whole green chilies
3 c. grated cheese *
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 doz. tortillas
