Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped, peeled onion
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can peeled whole undrained tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
    1 (14 oz.) can whole green chilies
    3 c. grated cheese *
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    *Use 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack and 1 1/2 cups Cheddar.
