Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    salt to taste
    melted butter
    dried parsley or chives
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scrub and rinse potatoes or peel.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Place potatoes in a baking dish.
    Fan them slightly to open slices.
    Sprinkle with salt and melted butter, then sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Add Cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
    Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
