Chafing Dish Spinach And Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch green onions and tops, minced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Saute the onions and garlic in butter. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Add all ingredients to the spinach and season to taste. Serve warm in a chafing dish with crackers.
