Marinated Italian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black olives, drained
2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 to 4 tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. chopped green onions
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dale's sauce
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all together.
Let set 4 hours before serving.
Serve over greens (lettuce, endive, spinach).
