Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter with potatoes.
    Then mix in other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
