Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts (cook until tender reserving 1 c. broth)
    1 stick margarine (melted)
    1 stack white crackers (crumbled)
    1 8 oz. box sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
    Salt, pepper, and parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
    Mix in crumbled crackers.
    Leave enough crackers in dish to cover bottom.
    Debone chicken and mix with sour cream, cream of chicken soup and broth. Season with salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining crackers.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    You may also use leftover turkey or chicken and canned broth.
