Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add Wesson oil and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and beat after each one.
    Add carrots and nuts and beat.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done. (Cook about 50 minutes.)
