Hamburger-Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    1 lb. ground round
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chili soup
    1 can thick chili
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute onions and beef in oil.
    Add rest of ingredients and 1/2 soup can water.
    Stir and heat through.
    Add another 1/2 can water for a thinner stew.
