Dixie Tea Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. solid pack dark brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
pinch of powdered ginger
pinch of powdered cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. melted butter (unsalted)
few grains salt
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients together well.
Mix together the milk, eggs, butter and salt, then add dry ingredients, stirring just enough to mix evenly.
Have muffin tins buttered and floured and fill each cup half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes; check during baking.
