Ciopinno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock (or other white fish)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
    1/2 large green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. dry white or red wine
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp.oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan cook green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add\tundrained
    tomatoes,
    tomato sauce, wine, parsley,
    oregano, basil, salt
    and
    pepper.
    Bring
    to boil. Reduce heat, cover and
    simmer
    20\tminutes.
    Cut
    fish into 1 inch pieces, add fish,
    shrimp
    to\ttomato\tmixture and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add undrained\tclams
    and cook about 5 minutes.
