Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. chopped and partly fried bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0, covered.
