Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

oil
flour
2 lb. shrimp, cooked to pink only
Preparation

Make roux with oil and flour.
Cook until brown, almost black. Add shrimp.
Add water and seasoning to taste.
Simmer slowly 15 to 30 minutes.
Place over cooked rice and sprinkle with file according to taste.
