Short Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften butter at room temperature, add sugar and blend well. Then add eggs and milk and mix together.
    Add flour last, about 1/2 cup at a time, then add vanilla and cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
