Pasta With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fettuccine or medium noodles
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 c. fresh or frozen snow peas, thawed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. vegetable broth
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Heat oil in skillet; add all vegetables.
Stir and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and
toss with cooked pasta.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serves 3 to 4.
