Breakfast Casserole Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds sausage
    1 cup grated cheese
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    Green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Brown, drain and crumble sausage.
    Layer bread then sausage, cheese in 9 X 13 dish.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until set.
