Sunshine Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sour cream
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Chill 2 to 3 hours. Stir in sour cream; serve on lettuce leaves.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
