Hot Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    10 chopped jalapenos
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. spicy herb-and-spice blend
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil. Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Fill into hot jars.
    Cover with lids and process in water bath for 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 quarts.
