Braunschweiger Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 lb. braunschweiger liver sausage
1/4 tsp. dehydrated onion
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in melted butter until brown; cool and mix with braunschweiger and cream cheese until well blended. Pack into 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Chill and unmold.
Serve with crackers, chips or toasted thin sliced rye bread.
