Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix oil, molasses, sugar and egg.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Chill dough for 2 hours.
Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
