Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
2 pork butts
6 medium potatoes, boiled
Preparation

Bake sauerkraut and pork for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, mince pork and mix with sauerkraut.
Mash and whip potatoes.
Place sauerkraut and pork in casserole.
Top with mashed potatoes; dot with butter and return to oven until butter is melted and potatoes brown slightly.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Serves 6.
