Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. thick cream
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt, then add cream.
    Beat well.
    Add butter and vanilla and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until set.
