Vinegret - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beets
    4 potatoes
    3 pickling cucumbers
    2 carrots
    green peas, optional
    vegetable oil
    mayonnaise, optional
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil all vegetables except green peas. Let them cool down and then peel. Chop beets, potatoes, cucumbers and carrots. Add green peas, if you want. Season with vegetable oil or mayonnaise. Add salt to taste.
