Crusty Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 heaping tsp. cornmeal
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is done.
