Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. stuffing mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. softened butter
1 finely chopped onion
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cook spinach as per directions on box and drain well.
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls size of walnuts.
Freeze. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, heat 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
