Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Make pie crust for 9-inch pie pan and bake.
Combine all ingredients and add a little butter or margarine.
Cook until thick. Add vanilla.
Let pie cool read good.
Whip 1 pint whipping cream and spread on cold pie.
Add small can of coconut on top of whipped cream and serve.
