Sausage And Peppers Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 large green peppers, cleaned and cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (11 oz.) can zesty Campbell's tomato soup
    1 d c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown sausage over medium heat; add green peppers, onions and garlic and cook until peppers are tender-crisp; drain off fat. Stir in soup, water and vinegar. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
