Frozen Fruit Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
4 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
5 bananas, mashed
2 c. orange juice
7-Up
mint leaves
frozen raspberries
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3 medium egg whites (at room temperature)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat until thick and smooth.
Makes 4 cups.
Spoon 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons of icing into pint size freezer bags.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
When you are ready, snip \"tiny\" bottom corner of bag. This serves as individual decorating bags.
Makes 4 to 5 decorating bags.
