Salsa Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar (16 oz.) thick and chunky salsa
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
    3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
    Stir in salsa and water. Bring to a boil.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Reduce heat to medium - low. Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
