Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 large baking potatoes
    1 jar salsa
    sour cream
    lettuce
    1 lb. ground beef
    grated cheese
    tomato
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes until done. Brown the ground beef, then drain. Add salsa to ground beef. Slice the potatoes in half. Fluff, do not scoop out.
    Add ground beef mixture on potatoes. Layer with grated cheese, sour cream, tomato and lettuce. Delicious and quick.
