Beans - No Gas! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beans
    water
    meat tenderizer
    Papain or 6 Papaya enzyme tablets, crushed
    2 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    In the morning, wash the beans.
    Then place them in the amount of water needed for cooking them.
    Let them soak all day.
    Before going to bed, place them in the freezer.
    Cook them in the same water that is now ice, but do not add salt.
    Add meat tenderizer with Papain or Papaya enzyme tablets.
    Add mustard, molasses and onion.
